3 inch duty one is on my list.
Nope the Trojan is a 45.Neat! I see that one is a 9, is your Trojan in 9 as well?
Dont worry, he has been talking about that 3" for months. He won't ever get it because he can't stop spending money lol.Wait, wait! Don't you know 3" guns don't cycle? Oh, wait, I've got one (Colt Defender) and it's never missed a beat.
Nope the Trojan is a 45.
The SteelMaster is just a racegun for competition, that's why I wanted 9. The Trojan is my "BBQ" gun, it would of been wrong to get it in anything but 45acp!
Exactly! I owned a Colt Combat Commander one time that was a SWEET stainless gun, but it was chambered in 38 super! I couldn't keep it, it just felt dirty lol.agreed. I think 1911, I think 45acp. I'll jump on the grip love fest as well. those are sweet
They are nice which is why the black version is on both of my 1911's lolExactly! I owned a Colt Combat Commander one time that was a SWEET stainless gun, but it was chambered in 38 super! I couldn't keep it, it just felt dirty lol.
Yeah the grips are like Wilson/Nighthawk grips. I definitely like them alot more than the thin factory STI grips.
Dont worry im ordering some VZ's as well lol. They are nice which is why the black version is on both of my 1911's lol
Cypress Armory, they tend to keep a few in stock.Might I ask where yall bought your STI's from? I've been kinda considering one lately as well.
Apparently he is the guy who actually makes the starburst grips for Wilson, definitely happy with them!Kudos on the STI's I have never heard of Texas Gun Monkey grips before, I like the looks of them!
Thanks!Nice shooting. You got me wanting a Trojan pretty badly.
STI Trojan with some starburst grips made by the Texas Gun Monkey. I didn't have a 1911 prior to today so I think it was a good addition, was kinda olding out for a Scar but gave that up for now.[/QUOTE]
I might have to buy a 1911 as a first handgun just to get those grips. Looks sharp
