In this video the gun wasn't drawn on him, he came at the gunman from the side. But if it serves your purpose to sit there and try to show examples of how I am wrong, more power to you.

it doesn't matter where the gun came from its pointed at you the same

I haven't read through all the commentary on here. All I have to say is I've found that there's a lot of jokers on reddit who can't make friends in real life so they hang out on there. Yes-I'm a regular viewer and am even part of a GTA V group on there. But the majority of the opinions I see on there are opinions that would get ripped apart in a normal circle (At work, for example).

The 5th wheel is not a bad idea... If I didn't already have the house I wanted, I'd be looking at some mobile living accommodations. I recently saw a bed slide in for a 1 ton long bed that was bigger and nicer than some of the apartments I've been in around town. It had a island in the kitchen. An island in a freak'n slide in camper! I was blown away.

Your original topic was stupid, lets talk about this instead.

What would you do if you were in a business legally carrying open or concealed, and someone pulled a firearm and tried to disarm you? Ill be damned if some $#@!(whos not an officer) tries to disarm me.

Uh, isn't that armed robbery? Taking something from someone at gunpoint. Guy can post his business. Or he can ask people to leave. Pulling a gun on someone who isn't breaking the law will likely get you cuffed and stuffed in most states.

FUN FACT: It's easier to disarm someone with a gun than with a knife if you're within arms reach.

I'd also like to add a 3rd option...freeze up and crap your pants. In reality that is probably the prevailing response for most folks including internet tough guys.

Exactly! And if he prevents you from leaving it's unlawful imprisonment or kidnapping. It'd be a shame if you suffered internal physical or mental trauma during his commission of those felonies but I'm sure your new best friend attorney could come up with a dollar amount that's sufficient to ease the pain and suffering and loss of work incurred.

I'd pay good money to see security cam footage of that dipshit try it on a plain clothes or off-duty cop. Lulz ensue.

Came here to post that, only not nearly as eloquently.

Well if they already have their firearm drawn on you, what can you do? And how would know whether it was the owner of the business or someone in there robbing the place? As far as fighting with the guy when he reaches for your firearm, who's to say he's not gonna order you from a distance to disarm yourself? As with most hypothetical scenarios there's lots of dynamic variables at play and to take into consideration. Personally in that scenerio IF I had the option to do so safely, I would simply and as quickly as possible just remove my self from the situation.
