Bud's has S&W Model 10 trade in's for sale. . I know years back theses were on the market for around the same price or maybe less and seemed to be in better shape. I'm not sure if their condition is equal to the price, but I figured I would throw it up here in case it was something that interested someone

Tractor Supply has this deal going until October 28th. I expect them to sell out before then. Hard to beat $8.33 ammo cans...

I took the plunge also. Three big-ass cans for $27.06 OTD. Whether it’s a good deal or not, time will tell. I’m thinking yes..... yes, it is.

Just remember those ammo cans are cheap for a reason.
Made in China with only the best communist care.

For storage in a climate controlled environment, they do well. I've been using the imported $10 cans from Academy for years with no issues. I've even gone as far as holding them under water (unfilled) to see if the seals would hold up and they have.
If you buy a lot of ammo these come in handy while waiting for a sale on USGI cans to go on sale. I will generally use the imported one's for a temporary can until I get USGI cans in and then transfer.

So if you add the cost of the cheap cans to the sale price of a USGI can are you really saving anything over just buying the good cans at regular price.

I don't really do the ammo can thing so don't know
