Mine is 30 watts, but its a specialized laser operating in the 1064 nm range. I also have an 80 watt CO2 for other purposes.How powerful does the laser need to be to do this kind of work? That's pretty darned cool.

You're all right. I hadn't selected them. It's incredible really, they look like pin pricks but when you magnify they are 5 point stars. I'll have to see what size they are in the software as I can't even measure them on the plate. All good feedback guys. I may need new glasses
