I used to hunt out in that area of TX-55, NW of Uvalde. I loved it out there. The price was for year round access, $2,500 per gun. I had 2 spots, so I could bring a guest with my second spot. Annual deer bag limit per the lease was 2 bucks and 1 doe per gun, so I was able to shoot 4 bucks and 2 does between me and any guests per year. There were plenty of pigs, coyotes, and turkey. We also had 16 guns, covering about 12,000 acres. No blinds and feeders could be within 500 yards of another blind and feeder, even if they were your own.

My wife broke her ankle out there (both her tibia and fibula at the same time), and she refused to go back out to the lease. I gave up my spot, and sold my blinds and feeders about 6 years ago now. I wish you would post some more details of your lease.
