18 Year Old Handgun - Question

I think the real question here is whether or not you would actually trust an 18 year old handgun to withstand the abuse of daily carry in an automobile and still work when your life depends on it.

You need to work on your jokes there, but i guess we can blame that on your young age and inexperience. LOL

If an officer arrests you for no reason you won't have to pay a "couple of grand".

You might just make a few grand instead...

Generally if the DA does not accept charges will the officer then not take the cuffs off and send you on your way?

What reason would they come up with to hold you if the DA doesn't want to take it!? The police don't prosecute.
