    I bought shoe covers because I don't trust weather people. Worst comes to worst I'll have them for the time it is rainy. Also bought a new magazine carrier for my plate carrier. I may take the plates out and wear it to test it. Don't be weird to me about that LOL

    Keep the plates in it and carry on.

    The shoe covers are a different story. If they don't match your purse you will never hear the end of it.

    You actually have good access to a range that makes it worth it over a 223.

    I just picked it up because it was a good deal.

    I do prefer my bolt actions though but wanted to try a Savage AR. It hates the Hornady 88gr ELDM Match ammo and doesn't much care for the Black ammo either.

    Handload testing will see what it can really do. That's next.

    I know man... I was just thinking cost. I can get some 223 pretty cheap. Really wanting trigger time and wind training. Where I shoot, the wind is just insane. I want to get better at seeing wind.
