.22 revolver info?

I'm looking for information on an inherited pistol. It's a High Standard .22 revolver. On the barrel it says Double Nine and has a cow skull on it. It's cowboy style. It has the serial number on it and also W-104 under it.Any info would be greatly appreciated. This was one of my grandfathers guns.

Found this one in son-in-law's gun closet and "borrowed" it for an extended period of time. This is also a W-104 and shoots great.
