This may not be what you want to hear but I wouldn't go with either of your choices. When I pocket carry it's a Kel-Tec p32 with Lehigh Defense ammo. I load my own. It never fails to go bang. The Ruger videos I have seen on YouTube have not been very encouraging. 7+1 centerfire in the Kel-Tec.
Unless you get the folder grips/holster for it the NAA 22lr tries to pop out of your hands with every shot. Add the grip and it is moots a large part of the argument for the NAA 22lr. I'd go LCP. I haven't shot a LCPII in 22lr but the 380, while not fun to shoot, has been a reliable companion when I shoot and carry it.
Just get a Glock 44 and to hell with micro pistols.
Smallest I've ever held was a Beretta Tomcat in 25acp. Slide would slice my fat boy hands and I got the same results from a Glock 42. Never wanted a micro pistols since.
