Yeah, I can't understand leaving the property without your kids and girlfriend. At the very least, stay outside and help get people out and organized. Start rendering any kind of medical aid I can to people in the parking lot(which I"m sure there had to be a couple of dozen wounded people in the lot). If law enforcement isn't there, I'd like to believe I'd be helping coordinate a response team outside to help deal with this guy if he makes it out the door. I'd like to think I'd do a lot of things. Get in my car and drive away from the property and my family, isn't one of them.
