Probably ProMag. They're the only company I know of right off that makes a 30 round mag for Berettas. I've got one for my M9, and it just plain sucks. Accidentally left it 2/3 loaded (20 out of the max 30) for a day, now when I load it up the spring has trouble lifting the stack quick enough to feed the gun.
If I'm not mistaken Beretta makes one that was meant for the 93. Of course, it can be used in the 92 as well.
I don't remember who made my cheap $19 30 rounder but it works awesome. Wish I bought a few more just for fun. They turn heads at the range.
