Turns unsuspecting shoulders into fresh hamburger. I shot it and thought it felt weak for how much advertised energy it has. Then again, I shot it standing and in a 10+ lb. Weatherby rifle. You just have to make sure you have a tight hold of it. I want one now, preferably for hunting pigs with a Barnes Triple Shock. 500 Grain FMJ @ 2,600 FPS is what we shot. That puts energy at the muzzle at ~7,500 Lb. Ft. One thing is for certain, I feel pretty confident in shooting just about any rifle chambering after shooting this without a muzzle brake in a bolt rifle.
