The GAU is like music. Reminds me of training in Graffenwohr in the late 80's and having them firing while passing overhead. Sounds like the biggest piece of cloth you have ever heard being torn apart. Really cool to see and hear in person.

That's something! I used to load and arm the munitions on A-10's and F-4's. The A-10 is a fantastic airplane. I don't think it'll ever outlive it's usefulness.
