A 16 lane indoor range with a toy shop up front and a nice resturant as part of it.

Who would go out for "dinner and a shoot" vs "dinner and a movie"

I don't know. Dad and I imagined opening that Red Barn place (out in I37 near Edroy/Mathis), shooting range by day, dancehall by night. What could go wrong?

I'd go. Even if Mo is cooking. LOL!

    Try this out Big C

For starters I’ll serve jalapeño peppers stuff with cheese and chicken, battered and fried with a sweet chipotle dipping sauce. Or plabono pepper stuffed with chicken and cheese and coated in bread crumbs and baked.

Entrée will be seasoned Elk tenderloin seared and broiled to your liking wrapped in thick sliced peppered apple smoked bacon covered with a mushroom and pearl onion gray served with your choice of a roasted garlic mash or baked potato, other sides will consist of local / regional seasonal vegetables.

Desert could be any number of pies like a Texas pecan, sweet potato, coconut cream, and when berries are in season some blue berry or black berry cobbler, ice cream frozen on site.

If its burgers you crave elk, buffalo, or maybe bear 1/2lb grilled over mesquite wood.
4 strips peppered apple smoked bacon, Chipotle mayo, romaine lettuce, beefsteak tomatoes, onions, served on a warm sour dough bread, with hand cut country style fries or Mo’s dam near famous potato crisp’s

Oh yes this is a menu I came up with in 10 minutes think what I could do if I really wanted too?????

Those that know, eat at Mo's!!!!!!!!

    Dallas Texas or so
And the pepper shakers would be filled with black powder.

Blackened steaks seasoned with winchester 231. Instant blackening.

    French fries done with FP10.

    Okay, I'll behave.....yeah right!
