Just curious, and figured it could spark some good ideas.
I don't have much experience with AR uppers, and was wondering if the M4 feed ramp cuts that make the A4 what it is are any better than an A3 upper with standard cuts.

I'm mainly trying to figure out which will take any ammo it gets fed and which will choke.

Interesting. How about the brand of the upper? I've been looking at some no-name Cerro-Forge uppers or a Daniel Defense A4. I know the BCG plays a major role in reliability, any suggestion on the upper? Any brand will do or pick and choose?
