This class picks up where we had to stop with the TMCO class (Trauma Medicine for the CCW Operator). We will continue to push the envelope, teaching things that are usually only taught to licensed paramedics and battlefield troops. I think your life is just as important, don't you?
The Orange, TX facility is a fantastic facility. I expect all my prior TMCO students to strongly consider signing up for this ATM class. It is also perfect for those who already have a strong medical background (EMT's, paramedics, nurses, etc.), and have taken at least one SI handgun class.
We will only be able to present ATM once or twice a year, as it is very teacher and gear-intensive. Don't hold off, assuming it will be taught closer to you anytime soon.
What will we be teaching you in ATM? Here is a tiny sample:

What will we be teaching you in ATM? Here is a tiny sample:
- Perform additional methods of applying pressure dressings.
- Practice with various tourniquets on all four limbs of yourself and others.
- Practice when and how to appropriately perform airway management in a tactical environment.
- Learn how to recognize and treat a sucking chest wound, tension pneumothorax and other chest traumas.
- Understand initial treatment of abdominal wounds, head trauma, burns and altitude sickness.
- Discuss the concepts behind Mass Casualty incidents, multi-patient triage and patient evacuation.
- Live fire and Force on Force scenarios, incorporating treatment of injuries.
