Advice on Traveling

I fly out of DFW for work at least once a month and always check my firearm with TSA. This is the case that I use for my pistol and I have never had any issues.

This case can be picked up for about $30 at Gander Mountain.

Make sure all magazines are unloaded. Ammunition does not have to be in the locked case, but it does have to be in a secure storage box. The rules on the storage box are somewhat vague so I just always put mine back in the box in came in from the store when flying.

Thank y'all for the help. I check it, no major issues, although the people at the counter were clearly uncomfortable both at DFW and Madison airports. I used my SnapSafe case and attached the cable to one of the rods in the back of my suitcase. Everything was waiting for me in Madison when I arrived and came back with me to DFW.
