    If you wait to do anything until after you've been robbed at gun point it's too late. You miss you window of opportunity once that person turns around and runs off with you wallet. The time to act is during the aggravated robbery/ aggravated assault. Preted your going for your wallet and produce your weapon and fire at the attacker. Or drop your wallet as a distraction, even throw it at them to give you the edge on the draw. Giving up the wallet/ money ends any need for you to lawfully defend yourself, unless the attacker has any further bad intentions.
