Interesting story by TSA. I would be interested in knowng where in the Florida law it says a metal ink pen is a "concealed weapon".The TSA is wise to the existence of "tactical pens" and apparently proud of their ability to ferret them out. I feel safer already.

Indeed! I have a tactical pink pet eraser pack to go along with that tactical pen that I'd like to sell to anyone on this forum.
These tactical erasers work in pairs; one to spot, and one that "gets the job done."
I always considered a regular sharpened pencil to be a weapon but I never thought about patenting a stout pen as a weapon!
