Hello all, Tex Freeman, satx78247 at (703)296-7014 is putting up the payment for the table via credit card so he needs everyone interested to contact him ASAP to confirm their seats and arrange to reimburse him.

will seats be available at the door on the day of the event? I damn sure want to go, but with my loopy work schedule, it is too far down the road for me to commit right now

PM to SATX, don't know if he'd want phone calls this late.

Ive never been to one of these, do they serve food or should I eat before I go? Is it a formal event or jeans/t shirt good to go?

    CGoodwin,

Inasmuch as I've NOT been to a local NRA Banquet & my daughter wants to know (and is chewing my ear off about it), what is the usual/expected "dress" for the San Antonio banquet??
(I've been to DU Banquets that people wore "reasonably clean" duck hunting attire, some that expected "fancy" western wear & one where you were "badly underdressed", as a lady, without a cocktail dress/heels.)

"Whatever you desire" is NOT an acceptable answer to most adult ladies!!!!!

It is literally whatever you want.

Some folks show up in a dress business attire. Some folks in shorts and a t shirt. Some have their wranglers and a pearl snaps.

How are we meeting up for the table?
Do I need a ticket or is a name on a list that I need to mention at the door?
