Does anyone know if the AMS in GB Park restricts you from collecting your spent hulls when skeet shooting?

They have big signs that say if the hulls hit the ground they no longer belong to you. The first time I went there and shot sporting clays i was pickin them up to throw them away " thought I was doing a good thing" but the guy on the golf carts jumped my case!!! now i shoot a o/u and i throw them in the trash anyway!!
