Coming up with a couple of possibilities here.

One, creating an atmosphere of abnormal being the new normal and making abnormal behavior the new normal. Sad and disgusting.

Two, setting the market up for designer children. Walk into the doctor's office and fill out a request form for what type of child you want when giving birth. Want a baby boy? Just check the box. Want a girl with red hair? Check the box. Want a child with green eyes? Yep, just check the box!
