The whole making bacon is really to easy to not make it. The pork belly bacon is so much better especially when sliced thick.Can I come over?

The small piece I made as peppered bacon. I wish I had coarse black pepper instead of regular, but that life out in the country.
The big piece has at least another hour more if it can stretch it out for mor smoke.
I’ll be having me some breakfast later on today.
My guess the near Academy store is at least an hour away.FYI, in the BBQ section, Academy has three different coarseness of black pepper.
