Another Form 1 question?

I am filling out the form as an Entity. There is not going to be other responsible persons, except me. Do I write 0 or just leave question 15. blank? Or do I write 1 for me and fill out question .16 with my information? Thanks

You are the sole responsible person in your entity if there are no other trustees/managers/members/directors/whatever...

So the number of responsible persons is 1.
