Donno. Seems like a case where a robbery with a deadly weapon gets killed by the owner defending his own property, it should be looked at by a judge and if it's reasonable just close it there. Seems like a waste of a lot of people's time. Certainly to the home owner.i thought all cases involving person on person death go to the grand jury. Whether the killer has to actually stand before the jury is an unknown to me.
Why does the home owner have to stand in front of a grand jury for shooting some a-hole that tried to rob him and held him up with a gun. Eff that.
This was in Houston, full of corruption, they will do anything to cause grief to the good guy. Prosecutors are prolly dancing with joy for the opportunity to try and charge the homeowner with something. Good job by the homeowner none the less.
