How many military people we got on here?

Well for me, I've been active Army in the 82nd (2/505 P.I.R.) for the past 11 1/2 years and I just signed out on terminal leave today....I'm currently on the road going from Ft. Bragg to Amarillo.

Not military myself but I live just a few miles from the front gate of Randolph AFB and am totally surrounded by good active duty and retired military folks in my neighborhood. Plus my "son in law" just got back from a tour in Iraq and is now in Germany. He is in munitions in the Air Force... now stationed in Germany.

I guess that gets me close.

BTW: I thank you for serving our country.

Edit: Are you moving to Amarillo or Sanford?

Ex Air Force (pilot), about 10 years active & reserve.

My last active assignment was flying the 'heavies' out of Biggs AFB, here in El Paso.

A lot of retired military in El Paso, due to Biggs and Fort Bliss.

Edit: Are you moving to Amarillo or Sanford?

I'm staying in Sanford for now, I just say Amarillo cause not too many people know where Sanford is. It's good to be back in Texas!
