I upgraded mine with a BL Touch and got a direct drive. The BL Touch is a pita on the Ender 5 Pro to get setup. Once it works, it’s well worth the trouble. I’m 2 days into printing a scorpion right nowSo, I installed the SKR mini and BL touch yesterday and havent been able to set it up correctly yet. I spent about 6 hours working on it and learning how to tweak firmware in vscode, to no avail. Maybe make another pass at it today.

The Z axis on mine would stop working when I did Auto Home. Had to disable the stepper motors and manually move it to the middle and perform Auto Home again to get it to workLooking good! I havent had time to get the BLT working.

That looks great, I’ve been tinkering with the supports. Hopefully the rest hold up. I had 2 break early on cause they too thin. I made my Banzi Bill with no supports and it came out greatYour supports look great, minimal usage, i bet that is seriously cutting the print time down. This was my last print.
I try to print without supports if I can. Some models can be a rear butch to print properly and CURA will miss supports from time to time.
Is that what they call it now...
Damn, that takes the fun out of it...
