Any smiths or owners near Katy with Mauser action wrench?

I've called several places and no one seems to have the capability to remove a mauser barrel. (VZ24)

It's not much in tools, but I was hoping to avoid buying them myself.

Does anyone around here have a barrel wrench and mauser action wrench?

Not speaking from experience, but I've heard that Freer Gun Shop works on older guns. They're not in Katy, they're in Spring Branch, but it might be a lead for you.
