Anyone use CNC to build/ modify their guns or components?

Hey guys,

Im a cnc machinist and beginner gunsmith. Id like to hear about how you guys feel about this method of producing components for our firearms. Im also here to answer any questions you might have about how to go about getting the best results out of your machines. If I can be of service, just let me know.

I used an old Okuma mill to do some slots in a pistol slide.

Welcome to the forum, where are you from? Been a machinist for 37 years, both CNC and manual and have owned my own shop for 30. A machine shop is damned handy if your hobby is firearms. Two things I've learned........... a machinist makes a better gunsmith than a gunsmith makes a machinist and gunsmithing for a living is just a slow way of starving to death.
