Apartments in or near Downtown

anyone know of any two bedroom one bath ones, or lofts for rent for $600 to $800 range that are decent and without pests? Looking to move closer to work. Looking for something similar to the courts of West University(i.e. something like one of those kind of shady looking places at first that people usually tend to avoid, but once you go inside you actually find out it isn't shady at all and the people are actually very nice as are the apartments. Doesn't have to be this of course, just looking for a really good deal). Apartment with a lot of space in definitely a plus. I don't like being cramped up.

I used to manage Apartments at 1218 Baylor, one block off Lamar and Enfield. They have some 2-2's and the place has a pool and I had it stocked up with some babes before I left. Good owners. Check it out. They had a 1-1 by the pool a month ago.
