Do Mosin Nagant 91/30s or PSLs count as a "manly" caliber?

    My PSL:

    Crush, kill, mangle, maim, destroy.

Careful, some less manly types will be talking about sore shoulders in the AAR thread.

The PSL is the same caliber as the 91/30. It does prefer 147gr light ball to keep it from battering the trunion & rails.

It groups very well @ 250m, but does tend to start stringing vertically when it gets hot.

    Crush, kill, mangle, maim, destroy.

    Thought it was 7.62X39.

    It qualifies as manly.

    PSL=AK on steriods!

Would there be any interest in something like this:

MechTech CCU on a G21 lower with my Octane or Osprey .45 can. I use Kriss 30 rd mags with it to keep the giggle factor high.

Then there is always my custom stainless Marlin 60:

    Crush, kill, mangle, maim, destroy.

I also have some 'manly caliber' rifles.
I'll bring my SVT40 for people to shoot, bring ammo to feed it.

I bought a few crates of 91/30s when they were cheap.

I still have a partial crate of my favorites.

    I can bring a case of 7.62x54R, if it's needed. I have a lot of Bulgarian & Russian mil-surp.

    Crush, kill, mangle, maim, destroy.

    Can I have your PSL?

I'll happily let you shoot it, even supply the ammo, but my son might have something to say about it's disposition.

    Crush, kill, mangle, maim, destroy.

I'd be happy to put some rounds through it. Got some ammo, have to check the weight. Just Russian surplus.
