The rains destroyed my 04 stratus rt, so I made an insurance claim with state farm. They took the car, and gave me a rental, which I have been driving for a little over a week now. It is a VW passat 4 door, and it is beyond sluggish. It does great on gas, but this thing seriously has no power. The interior is weird, and there are lights I have no idea what theyre for. It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to adjust the seat. Thank god for insurance though, because the car is fcked. I figured they would total it out. I guess they are fixing it, because I haven't heard anything. Somehow we got about 4 inches of water inside, and it shorted out the electrical, and the humidity screwed up the dash. Hopefully I will get a call from state farm today saying ther car is totalled.

Check out Kayak.com for good rental deals. I'm renting a full size SUV in Seattle and driving it back to Houston, 3 week trip, total with taxes and all is $1630 on a one-way rental. That's about $77 a day for everything.
