If someone brings a legal suit for being denied, or being unable to find a provider willing to sign off - I think it would get tossed by SCOTUS as an unreasonable infringement.

Text, history, and tradition doesn't call for a psych eval (or even formal training) to practice any other right outlined in the BOR....I doubt it will apply to the Second Amendment, either....
