The guy who voted for the AWB and would throw gun owners under the bus at the first opportunity. I'm going to have to think REAL hard before I spend another dime with them

Nevada biz leaders endorse Reid - My News 4 - KRNV, Reno, NV

    Full Text Below:

Those in attendance at today's event say Nevada's business community is behind the Senate Majority Leader come November, because they say they believe Reid can do more for the state than his opponent Sharron Angle.

"The issue is Sharron has no experience on the national level, there is no free lunch as they say, it takes time to build stature and influence in the US Congress," said JOHN FARAHI
CEO of the Monarch Casino Resorts.

In Las Vegas, casino magnate George Maloof joined other gambling executives to rally behind Reid. In endorsing Reid, the Palms hotel-casino owner joined executives from MGM Resorts International and Harrah's Entertainment who also say Reid is a friend to the state's business leaders.

Reid is in a tight race against Republican Sharron Angle. Maloof's endorsement is not surprising. Maloof held a fundraiser with President Barack Obama earlier this year that aimed to raise $1 million for Democrats, including Reid.

A list of the business leaders that signed the letter of support follows:

I have no idea, it was just a guess. And how many times do we all have to select the lesser of two evils when voting? Or not vote at all.

The lesser of two evils is our fault. Complaining and submission gets nothing done.
We seem to forget to teach children the basic principles that this country was founded upon and those of use who do are challenged by the conditioning our school systems apply to them.
Voting for the lesser of two evil is our fault because Politicians dont fear the people anymore!

I'm not surprised that Maloof supports Pinkie (Reid's college nickname). The Maloof family owns the Kings, meaning they're connected, financially, to the Peoples' Яepublik of Kalifornia. Perfect for the kind of socialism that Pinkie, along with Obastard and Pisslosi, want to drag this country into. Before the primaries, Pinkie boasted that his "war chest" was full and that he'd bury his opponents with his money spent on advertising. But, strangely enough, with all that he's spent, he's still not much ahead of Angle in the polls. In fact, they change lead positions on an almost daily basis. I'm hoping that my fellow Nevada voters have finally woken up and realized that Pinkie is absolutely no good for the residents of this state. Pinkie has gotten sweetheart deals for other states to buy the votes of their senators but he's done shit for those of us he is supposed to be representing. And then he takes credit for shit he didn't do anything to get, like the continued funding to build the City Center...an abortion of high rises on the Strip (Las Vegas Boulevard South).

I stopped supporting/giving money to the NRA due to Incumbant candidates they support!! they are supporting Chet Edwards who is "Supposedly" Pro-gun and ONLY cause he has a voting record???? YEAH, a voting record with whom he voted "WITH" Nancy Peelosi 96% of the time!! while the "BETTER" Candidate Bill Flores who is ALSO Pro-gun is against what ole Nancy is doing!! but since he is new with no voting record they decide to go with Chet!! I will NEVER give to the NRA again as they CONTINUE to make STUPID DECISIONS!!!!! SOMETIMES it isnt just about guns when you support a candidate!! cause whether that person is for guns or not, they can F--K UP EVERYTHING ELSE in your life with their F--K'd UP agenda!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and Chet Edwards HAS and will continue to affect lives in TEXAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you stated earlier. It's why we are in the soup. The mess we have can be blamed on professional pols, and our voting for who's "electable" instead of those who believe as we do, and aren't afraid to go do something about this mess . Only now have people started to vote for real change. The ole Repubs and Dems can't stand it either.
    But are we too late?
