Bought a Red Copper 12" pan last year. I have put it to the test and it has not scratched and have not had anything stick, yet. I have burned all sorts of food in it to see what would stick and what wouldn't. Now some extremely burnt food wont just wipe out like the commercials, but it does clean very well with a damp cloth. I have bought many of the non stick pans over the years and non have stood up like the Red Copper pan. I have even put it in the oven and baked a casserole with it.

Edit: For best results, follow the directions for seasoning it. If seasoned right, food will not stick, if you don't season it, well, it will be like any other crap pan.
