I have two younger sisters and what my parents did with me was to be sure and include me in everything they could. Let him know that he's got a lot of responsibility as a big brother and he's gonna have to be a protector, might not work in every situation but from what I understand from my parents is that I was my sisters guardian and didn't want anyone to touch her without my ok. Make him feel included and not replaced. My $0.02
