Fox is reporting it not as an issue about Christi, but rather the pettiness of Holder. This was asked of Christi during his campaign, and he answered pretty much to everyone satisfaction.

Christi: “There are only a few rooms at each hotel that are reserved for government rate. If you got them, you got them. If you didn’t, you didn’t. I wouldn’t have slept in the park.”

Yet Holder brings this up NOW, and just brings it up but does not pursue charges. Obviously to deflect attention from the POTUS who is still hurting from the ass whooping he got, that he still say was because he didn't talk to the people enough. ​
