I read the thread from last April and it identified 3 options. Are there any others that come to mind?
Calvin, a LEO for 30+ years, does the ones at Red's Indoor. They do all of the above minus the lunch, and it is $150. Calvin is a pretty cool dude and knows a good amount about pistol shooting. He'd be a good resource to learn from.
