They are openly admitting their latest "rail" boondoggle wouldn't stand a chance of passing unless they bundled it with the so-called "road improvement" package. And there's a lot of rail preparation work in some of those road projects.

100000+ to this, but in the end what they vote won't matter. Just like the idiotic light rail thing; they will shop it around and bundle it differently till they sneak it past the voters. Or they will just ignore the vote, spend the $$ out of general funds and the demand more taxes of the fire, ems, LEO, and or teachers will get fired. Same shit different year.
