I was gonna say that I tend to agree. I thought about it, and decided that maybe they are pleasantly surprised at how compliant the sheep are. They may want to try the limits a bit.

I suspect you're right.... So for now it looks like the folks in Travesty county are going to have to deal with until November and possibly until Jan. 20th

My sister says people are ignoring the stay at home order for the most part. However, most people do wear masks.

I've heard some of the crazier people say things like that, just not directly to people out in public.

I really hope that we'll see some legislators step up to fix the Texas Disaster Act and clarify that it allows only a single 30-day declaration, by both the governor and county judges, until a special session has been completed.

Good question. If you're employed and your job is considered "critical" come and go as you please with social distancing and mask requirement. If you're retired - get over here n' wash my truck! If the job is non-critical spozed to stay at home. How the hell anyone is supposed to confirm/verify and never been explained. My oldest son is an investigator at a Federal Prison in Virgina - he's critical. My youngest son builds rockets at SpaceX - he's critical. My daughter drives for a Amazon Logistics company - she's critical. I'm in construction - I'm critical. You're guess is good as mine!
