I hate thieves. Cowards. They need to be shot / killed for stealing things that can't feed their families.

Thank you to everyone that has helped. I have no issue with anyone spreading this to other sites.

Luckily they didn't take everything so what I had left was moved to another location.

What brand and models were the AR's?

Your post has been placed on two (2) additional boards. When I get back to my office next week I will run the numbers through another data base I have access too. Hopefully we ca turn something up.

Xbox live might be able to get an IP address and in return you can run the IP

About all you can find out is who their ISP is. More than likely it'll take a subpoena to get the ISP to release who the user of that IP is. Unless you know someone that works for that ISP. Not sure on the legality of them just releasing that info, tho.

Try not to tip them off; sending them messages or what not... If they have a wifi connection and ditch the xbox before getting caught with it then there's no real evidence against them.

I'm not going to send any messages, crappy part is I really believe it was my tenants son or boyfriend. May have to sneak in when they are out but haven't had the opportunity yet though.

I would not advise this. Why not just do an owners inspection. Your lease to them allows that, right?
