Cranked the ol' Weber up this cool morning (31° here this morning) to cook up a couple of racks of baby back ribs. I have them rubbed down with a store bought rub that I doctored up a bit. I also added a couple of pieces of pecan wood on top of the charcoal to add just a little bit of smokey flavor.
Gonna cook 'em low and slow. They are usually so tender that I have to be careful taking them off so they don't come apart.
The ribs came from Aldi. We have found that Aldi ribs have a lot more meat on the bones than any ribs that we have bought anywhere else. We won't buy ribs any other place now. And that they were only $10 per rack doesn't hurt.
