Back up for sale: I have an Arsenal that I bought new September of 2011. Fired roughly 455 rounds of Russian 5.45 surplus. I like it a lot, but I'd rather spend the money on my AR-15 and training. I have 12 AK-74 mags. 10 are Bulgarian surplus in very good condition. 1 is the factory Russian Izmash 10 round mag, and 1 is a Polish Tantal steel magazine in good+ conditon. I have roughly 625 rounds of 5.45 surplus ammo. About 280 rounds are still in the packaging, and the rest are loaded in the magazines. I also have a sweet Bulgarian bayonet that's in very good+ condition.
A little more about the condition of the AK-74: Normal internal wear in all the places you'd expect. Externally, there's about 3-4 places on the receiver where the finish rubbed off, but they're very small. That little lever that you flip up to take the gas block off is tight as f***, so there's wear on that lever as I've had to use clamps to move it. Light corrosion has formed right around the muzzle, and light corrosion inside the muzzle brake (you cannot see either of these unless you take the muzzle brake off). The threads on the muzzle brake and rifle are unaffected though, and the corrosion will not affect the function as far as I know or am concerned. This is the only corrosion I've been able to find on the whole rifle. The other thing that you should know is the factory butt stock had some sharp lines that irritated my cheek weld, so I took some fine grit sandpaper and smoothed the sharp lines out on the top and bottom of the stock.
To summarize everything
