    It's a decent dry fire book. What you'll find though is that you'll really want to try and find some space to actually "setup" for training. Some of the drills involved deal with movement in and out of position, as well as movement while performing certain tasks, etc. Also, although you can always cheaply make your own targets, I really like Ben's scaled down dry fire targets. For a few bucks, it just makes it easy to setup a course of dry fire in any room, with a variety of target types, knowing that they are properly at scale so you can easily simulate different distances with some simple math.
