    Looks nice. When you're done shooting, can you take the wood off of the base for storage purposes? I'm not familiar with the jacksaw. Thanks for sharing.

    Yes, the top is separate from the bottom. The Jacksaw is a tool made by Rockwell co.. The hole thing weights 85 lbs.
    the stand is 45 lbs. which folds up in to a nice tight bundle and has wheels. The top is 40lbs. and has two handles. the whole thing is very portable. Just have to supply my own chair.

    Just put this Pachmayr recoil pad on a rifle this weekend. It does take some patients and the right tools. But the results are worth it.
