Damn. I pushed too much weight on the leg press machine and aggravated the torn meniscus in my right knee.
It's back to kettlebells and swinging a sledge and long warmups on the recumbent bike.
Last time it took 6 months to rehab it. This time, I released the weight instantly so maybe I can get it into "no longer painful" status a bit quicker.

Finally here...one more week of this and then I'm off for a week.
Don't you hate that "water on the knee" feeling? It feels so weird to occasionally get a false but very real-feeling message from my knee that it's had a bunch of water poured over it and through it.
The body sure can find creative ways to complain. I thought I had unassailable skills in that domain but I guess not.

Hope everyone has a nice dry day today. These daily storms are getting old.
Yesterday I hid out in the house all day.
Was able to fix up a S&W revolver that needed help. Replaced the rebound spring and main spring. Seems to be working much better now. Need to range test it.
Mail tracking says I should receive the sanding drum kit I ordered last week today. If that comes in I can finish reworking a grip for a J frame I’ve been putzing around with.
And of course reloading. Working on a pile of .38spl cases I shot up last week.
