As someone who just had my quad tendon repaired I hope you get to recover quickly without surgery.Damn. I pushed too much weight on the leg press machine and aggravated the torn meniscus in my right knee.
It's back to kettlebells and swinging a sledge and long warmups on the recumbent bike.
Last time it took 6 months to rehab it. This time, I released the weight instantly so maybe I can get it into "no longer painful" status a bit quicker.
