I don't have the original box. I have had it laying around for a year or so. I tried to get one of my former work buddies to get with, even got the duck stamps. I never heard back. So, I never got to go duck hunting. Comes with the Chokes, manual, and I added a padded sling that holds extra 12 gauge shells. Not much good to me, I am getting to the point that butchering one of my roosters wears me out.
