    Hi,
Which places have the fairest ammo prices? I got a half case of Wolf .223 from West Texas for almost XM855 prices last year.
Im hoping things have calmed down a bit by now.

I would say that it will calm down by mid to late summer.

No one has anything at a fair price right now.

The "scare" is about over, but it will be a while until the manufacturers can get caught up.

I see what you mean, Random. Even mighty walmart didn't have my flavors of WWB on their shelves yesterday.

I missed the gun shows earlier in the year.

Stock is starting to come back and prices should start to get back to normal i hope by summer. You can snag ammo for decent price at walmart and online if your able to catch it in stock.

Check Academy. I go at least once a week and I generally find decent priced ammo. Bad thing is they only let you buy one box of each caliber per day so take someone with you.

Good advice. There's one not to far up the hill from me.

Best prices you're gonna find, are from fair people that want to offload some ammo at a fair price at no less than 100 rounds. They are scarse, but they exist. I got 100 rounds of wolf for 20 dollars. That's lower than pre panic prices. I recently got loaded mags (90 rounds/3 GI mags) for 25 dollars. Incredible deal. This isn't where I got those deals, but call Brian at West Texas Firearms. He always has fair prices. You just have to make sure to catch him when he has some. Google for the number.
