With the different Balsamic vinegars out there your going to just have taste it. I went to 3-1 but it was an added one. I basically dumped the dregs out of the bottle. On a side note there was solidified vinegar from the bottom of the bottle that clogged my spray bottle, that needed to be cleared away.
